Manchester United have offered a contract worth €7.5 million a season to Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan, according to  Il Tempo . Jose Mourinho is looking to add some steel to his midfield and sees the Belgium international as an ideal signing. 

“United are obviously looking to add to the squad, we know that, that is not a secret,” Dwight Yorke told Sky Sports. “It’s all about the quality that is brought in.
